I give ZD Stucco Repair the highest recommendation. ZD Stucco Repair completed a stucco renovation in my small home in Bayside, NY, and I watched the work unfold. The result was so elegant and eye-catching and my home is now easily the envy on the block. From the beginning, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with Alberto and his team. Alberto walked me through the process and consulted with me at every step. Along with the initial blueprint, Pamela provided a consistent amazing customer support, resolved any minor issues (such as a new paint color choice) and is an absolute joy to work with. Pamela always listened to and addressed all of my questions and ideas. My project began and wrap uped in a timely manner, and the area was always cleaned up at the end of the day. The new stucco created is so beautiful and my the exterior painting work is so artfully executed. The cost was competing compared to other contractors who do similar work and I am thrilled with the work, and are glad I picked ZD Stucco Repair. I will enjoy many years of the beautiful exterior stucco work they created and definitely plan on having them back for my roof shingles and exterior brick.

I recently used ZD Stucco to replace/ restore the stucco on my house. They finished the job within days and it looks great. Jorge always provided me with updates via text or call and kept me in the loop. The production manager, Sergio, was also very helpful as he was on site each day and made sure I was pleased with the work. Price wise, they were cheaper in comparison to other companies!

ZD Stucco Repair is an Awesome company. Zolton and Pamela have an amazing Team. 6 years ago my wife and I purchased our home in Cranford, NJ. It was a fix-er-upper and the majority of the home was old Stucco. We have a porch and a small addition that were vinyl siding. I search for Stucco Repair companies including larger firms. They were so highly priced, we were about to give up. I found ZD on an internet search and made an appointment. Zolton did not show up for that appointment and when I called him to see if he was coming, I was very surprised at his response....I am so so sorry John I completely missed the appointment, please can I come tomorrow at 4:00 and I will be there. Well they say Honesty is always the best policy...and it is. I was so impressed that Zolton did not try to make up an excuse and immediate with his response, so I knew it was honest and sincere. He came the next day -On Time-, friendly, professional and fair priced. My wife and I went on vacation that summer and came home to a beautifully stucco and painted home. The transition was amazing! Since then Zolton has completed projects for my friends. This year we decided to do an add on addition. My first call was to Zolton to inquire about doing the new addition for us. Hired ZD Stucco for some large stucco repairs and I have to say their work is outstanding! Stucco work done the right way is important as in the past I’ve had small repairs and patch work done that was a total waste. I’m so happy I was able to find ZD Stucco because I was ready to give up. Zoltan the owner of the company came down did an assessment was very informative about what he felt was the best plan, gave me different options and informed me about stucco repairs and water damage. He explained what materials he would use and why this was the best for the job. Price was great and in line with the amount of work. He came out to the job almost every other day and stayed in communication with me every step of the way and did a final inspection with me when it was done. He guarantees and stands by his work as well. If you need stucco work done, the right way and the best way leaving your house look like new, look no further!

The ZD Stucco team was a heaven sent for us; our stucco façade had large cracks and there was water damage (including mold) behind the cracks. The appraisal was accurate and didn't change even though I didn't start work many months after the appraisal was done The work performed was done meticulously; all the damaged material was removed, including the molded wood Replacement and fixes included replacing the wood, insulation paper, cement board, cement, stucco and paint The ZD Stucco team was helpful in all phases of the project and kept me updated of all progress and any issues Our house looks new from the outside and our neighbors love the new colors.
