I am a total chicken and had been hesitating getting any sort of cosmetic treatment for years, but after a few consults with several different clinics, I was blown away by my very first conversation with Jessica who was super professional, experienced and compassionate as she provided helpful guidance and eased my concerns. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and address all of my questions and concerns with patience and competency. Subsequently, I had amazing experiences each time Jessica administered a VI peel or micro-needling treatment. During the procedures, Jessica's skill and precision were evident. She carefully administered each part of the VI peel while checking in regularly to ensure I was doing okay. The micro-needling was handled just as deftly, with Jessica paying close attention to target problem areas. Lastly, she went over the after-care routine to set my skin up for continued success. Jessica essentially treated my skin as if it was her own. The treatment room itself was clean and calming. Jessica made sure I was able to relax and get any additional questions answered during the downtime portions. Every appointment ran seamlessly thanks to her attention to detail and warm bedside manner. The results so far (after 2 VI peels and 1 micro-needling) have been promising. My skin tone looks more even and a colleague just complimented me on a “beautiful glow.” Several stubborn hyperpigmentation spots have lightened up and I'm excited to continue seeing improvements in texture and radiance over the next few weeks as well.
